S.H.A.P.E. — your spiritual gifts, your heart, your abilities, your personality and your experiences. It is not a test and there is nothing to pass: it is a way of telling the church about yourself so somebody can sit down with you and talk about where you might serve.
The church has not written the questions yet. When it has, they appear here — and nothing is shipped with this site pretending to be them, because which statements reveal a gift is the church’s to decide.
How this is worked out. By counting. For each of the five, a pastor sees how many statements you agreed with out of how many you were asked, and every answer beside it. There is no model, no weighting and no hidden figure — §11 asks for something deterministic and explainable, and a count is the only thing that is explainable in a conversation.
